What kind of Yoga is for you?

When I started doing yoga as a pre-teen I had no idea of any different styles of yoga. I figured later that I was doing hatha yoga which most of us associate being the ‘basic yoga’. But even hatha yoga goes into very deep depths than just being the beginner friendly option. Matter of fact, pretty much every style of yoga has their beginner level and gradually transforms into a more challenging practice.
