My own daily makeup usually consists of a BB-cream and black mascara and if I am feeling wild, some lip gloss. Power Yoga sequence for Full Body toning

My latest yoga video is a 20-minute long power yoga sequence that focuses on your arms, core and legs. I got a requested to create a routine like that through snapchat and it has been received well. Usually the yoga videos I create are for the busy bee city girl who has too many errands to run, but needs that 5 to 10 minutes of a workout everyday to get the day started. Updates, hello!

I opened this website+blog marinkaessel.com at the end of summer. I was writing my blog under the domain klaaqu.com until 2014 November and after that my blog was under the FitFashion blog portal for a year. Only now have I finally received my old entries in a zip folder and I can start the moving process under this domain (if I want to). Berry Ginger Smoothie

A fresh smoothie to fight the flu that tastes yummy! I recently collaborated with the Ginger People who offer a wide range of ginger products (all organic!). I created my own smoothie recipe using their products. The magic ingredient here is the Ginger Juice which adjusts the flavour of your smoothie. Depending how strong you want it to be, just add more.
