How yoga changed my life and the quality of it

Miten jooga vaikuttaa elämässäni? How does yoga affect my life? Aivan pian tulee 3 vuotta siitä kun päätin palata joogan pariin ja tehdä siitä osan jokaista päivääni. Aloitin joogan alunperin 13-vuotiaana ja jaksoin tehdä sitä pari vuotta. Minulla ei ollut silloin vielä joogamattoa vaan ihan perus lattiamatto kelpasi. Vasta kun taas palasin joogan pariin 21-vuotiaana niin parin kuukauden päästä sijoitin ensimmäiseen joogamattooni. Siihenkin oikeastaan siksi koska työpaikalleni tuli joogaopettaja pitämään meille tunnin ja koska joogamatot eivät kuuluneet silloisen työni perustarvikkeisiin niin toivottiin, että osallistujat toisivat omat. Power Yoga sequence for Full Body toning

My latest yoga video is a 20-minute long power yoga sequence that focuses on your arms, core and legs. I got a requested to create a routine like that through snapchat and it has been received well. Usually the yoga videos I create are for the busy bee city girl who has too many errands to run, but needs that 5 to 10 minutes of a workout everyday to get the day started.
