Miten jooga vaikuttaa elämässäni? How does yoga affect my life? Aivan pian tulee 3 vuotta siitä kun päätin palata joogan pariin ja tehdä siitä osan jokaista päivääni. Aloitin joogan alunperin 13-vuotiaana ja jaksoin tehdä sitä pari vuotta. Minulla ei ollut silloin vielä joogamattoa vaan ihan perus lattiamatto kelpasi. Vasta kun taas palasin joogan pariin 21-vuotiaana niin parin kuukauden päästä sijoitin ensimmäiseen joogamattooni. Power Yoga sequence for Full Body toning
