Monen ruokapöydässä on aina ollut se tuttu maitopurkki ja jokaisella aterialla se lasillinen maitoa. Join itse lapsena mieluummin mehua kuin maitoa jos vain mahdollista. Aikuisena olen huomannut, että olen lievästi laktoosi-intorelantti, joten olen tietoisesti vältellyt maidon juontia yleisesti. Lopulta maitotuotteet jäivät kokonaan pois. Nykyään pienimmistäkin kulmakaupoista löytyy mantelimaitoa, kookosmaitoa tai muuta vastaavaa, mitä käyttää ruoanlaitossa, joten se helpottaa paljon. What kind of Yoga is for you?

When I started doing yoga as a pre-teen I had no idea of any different styles of yoga. I figured later that I was doing hatha yoga which most of us associate being the ‘basic yoga’. But even hatha yoga goes into very deep depths than just being the beginner friendly option. Matter of fact, pretty much every style of yoga has their beginner level and gradually transforms into a more challenging practice.
