Eating salmon after going Vegan – Olen vegaani, mutta söin kalaa

10-Minute Buddha Bowl – Kesäinen Kulho

I’ve only recently started making buddha bowls, dragon bowls etc at home! So I wanted share one of my favorite creations with you today. Perfect for dinner and the leftovers for lunch. I prefer to have a light breakfast, then a heavier lunch and again a light dinner so something like this works perfectly in the evening.
