What kind of Yoga is for you?

When I started doing yoga as a pre-teen I had no idea of any different styles of yoga. I figured later that I was doing hatha yoga which most of us associate being the ‘basic yoga’. But even hatha yoga goes into very deep depths than just being the beginner friendly option. Matter of fact, pretty much every style of yoga has their beginner level and gradually transforms into a more challenging practice. 10-Minute Buddha Bowl – Kesäinen Kulho

I’ve only recently started making buddha bowls, dragon bowls etc at home! So I wanted share one of my favorite creations with you today. Perfect for dinner and the leftovers for lunch.
