10-Minute Buddha Bowl – Kesäinen Kulho

I’ve only recently started making buddha bowls, dragon bowls etc at home! So I wanted share one of my favorite creations with you today. Perfect for dinner and the leftovers for lunch. Beginner Yoga Flow for Energy – Aloittelijan energisoiva flow

The reason why I love creating yoga videos that are around 5 to 10 minutes long is because that is the reality where I also live in! In the morning, I always push meditation as my priority and sometimes I might be running a little late so actual asana practice won’t be longer than 5-10 minutes.
